Perth's Locksmith Who Shows Up — Every Time
In Perth’s crowded locksmith market, accountability is everything. With Ultimate Lock & Security, owner Andy Jones handles your job personally — no unknown subcontractors, no franchise call centres, no surprises.
The Problem With Most Perth Locksmiths
Franchises send subcontractors — we send the owner himself.
When a franchise dispatches an unknown subcontractor to your door, accountability disappears the moment the job ends. You don’t know who has seen your locks, your layout, or your access points. That’s a real security risk most people don’t think about until something goes wrong.
Ultimate Lock & Security is owner-operated. Andy Jones personally attends every job — his name, licence, and reputation are on the line with every callout. That’s the difference between a tradesperson who cares and a roster of interchangeable contractors. Learn more on our About Us page.
Ultimate Lock holds Police Licence SA51285 and Installers Licence SG33024. Every job is done by a qualified professional — not a fill-in.

Every Locksmith Job, Handled Right
Residential, commercial, or emergency — one trusted operator for all of it.
Emergency Lockouts
Locked out at midnight? Andy is available 24/7 — including weekends and public holidays. Mobile service direct to your door, across greater Perth.
Lock Rekeying
Rekeying changes the internal pins so old keys stop working permanently — faster and more affordable than replacing hardware. Ideal after moving house or losing keys.
New Lock Installation
From standard deadbolts to high-security and digital locks, Andy supplies and installs quality hardware from trusted brands including Lockwood, Whitco, Kaba, and Brava.
Questions Perth Homeowners Actually Ask
Straight answers before you pick up the phone.
Will the same person who answers always show up?
Yes. Ultimate Lock is owner-operated — Andy Jones personally attends every job. There are no subcontractors or franchise rosters involved.
How do I know the locksmith is licensed?
Ultimate Lock holds Police Licence SA51285 and Installers Licence SG33024. Ask for credentials before any work begins — a legitimate locksmith provides them instantly.
Do after-hours callouts cost more?
Yes — weekend and after-hours callouts cost more than standard weekday business-hours jobs. This is standard across the Perth industry. Andy quotes upfront so there are no surprises.
Should I rekey or replace my locks?
In most cases, rekeying is faster and more affordable than replacement. It renders old keys permanently useless without buying new hardware. Andy will advise honestly on arrival.
Is Ultimate Lock available on public holidays?
Yes — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Sundays and public holidays. Call 0481 365 802 any time.
