Storage cages and car bays are commonly secured far more lightly than the apartments they serve. The region’s younger, more professional and more transient population means higher tenancy turnover too, so restricted key systems — where keys can’t be copied without authority and you keep a record of who holds what — do more here than heavier hardware does.
